Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks, makeup, or odor
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items returned in original packaging when possible
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Items returned outside these conditions may be sent back to you or refused at our discretion.
How to start a return
- Email crve.com@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
- Pack your items and drop the package off with the carrier
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us within the 30-day return window with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability — if your preferred size or color is out of stock, we'll issue a refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at crve.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
