Processing
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Delivery
Standard US shipping takes 10–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use the Track My Order page at any time.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — join our list to be notified when it launches.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after shipment, or if your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, email us at crve.com@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. CRVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake within 1 hour of ordering, email us right away — we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
